JCGC Pld Patty 499P-DONOR COW This is JCGC Pld Patty 499P (registration # 606605). She was born on 1-1-04. Patty had her first calf on 12-18-05 when she was 23 months old. It was a heifer calf that we named HSC Pld Venus 001R (registration #627192) weighed 78 pounds and she had it unassisted. This cow is a heterozygous black daughter of JCGC Pld Bullet 219M (registration #593138) and JCGC Claire 45F (registration #477737) mating. Patty’s birth weight was 87 pounds her weaning weight was 740 pounds at 205 days and at 10 months old she weighed 975 pounds. At NAILE in November 2005 she weighed in at 1603 pounds. Patty is a heavy milker, good mother, and an easy keeper. We chose to line breed Patty to her half brother (same sire) JCGC Pld Pistol 412P to get the best possible genetics. Patty calved 12/11/2008 for her third calf and it was a bull. We named him HSC Pld Remington. Below is a copy of of Patty's embryo transfer permit as well as her DNA parentage verification certificate. At the present time we have twenty-one embryos of JCGC Pld Patty 499P and JCGC Pld Unmatched 809U. Three of these are transplanted into some of our recipient heifers. She will then be ai'd back to JCGC Pld Tatonka 732T while at the embryologists and will be brought home and then pasture exposed to JCGC Pld Tatonka 732T for clean up purposes.
